The American Foreign Service Association is pleased to announce the 2015 National High School Essay Contest (www.afsa.org/essaycontest). The contest is an outreach initiative that encourages students to think critically about the role diplomacy plays in connecting people and ideas.

Contest eligibility is limited to high school students whose parents are not in the Foreign Service. Students must also be U.S. citizens and in grades 9-12. The deadline for submissions is March 15, 2015, 11:59pm EST. Click here to learn more.
